The map shows our location between the 2 and 134 freeways. We are located just north of the 134 freeway, on the northeast corner of the Glendale Ave./Glenoaks intersection.

You may use Yahoo Maps to generate door to door driving instructions. After the Yahoo Maps page opens, click on Driving Directions: To this location, enter your address and click on Get Directions.

Parking is available in the back after following the drive way on the left of the building as well as in the parking area on the south side of the building (right, when facing it).

Our office hours are
Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

Financing

Our office is a 'Fee for Service' practice, but if payment arrangements are requested we are pleased to present Care/Credit. This financing company offers no-interest payment plans if amounts are paid within 3, 6, or 12 month. It is very easy to apply via internet, phone, or in our office.
